Each container provides a different level of depth and structure depending on how you prefer to explore and process your experience.
Written Integration
For those who process most deeply through reflection and language. Each week you share a written reflection and receive a thoughtful response designed to illuminate patterns, deepen awareness, and support meaningful integration over time.
Hybrid Integration
A blended container combining written reflection with live conversation. This format offers the spaciousness of written processing alongside direct dialogue to explore emerging themes with greater depth and clarity.
Immersive Written
A deeper written container offering expanded space for reflection and response. Designed for moments of significant transition, this container allows for more sustained correspondence and attentive support as insights unfold.
In-Person Integration
Direct, in-person support for those who benefit from shared space and presence. These sessions provide grounded conversation and attentive listening to help integrate meaningful experiences into everyday life.
The Application Process

Each application is personally reviewed, and you’ll receive a response within 24–48 hours.
3. Alignment & Invitation
If the container feels aligned, you’ll receive next steps including a contract and payment details.

Once everything is complete, our work begins.
