We may be validated in our pain.

But liberation asks more of us than staying there.

This work is not about bypassing what happened—but about understanding how it’s still living through us.

Becoming
is the process of understanding your emotional systems, honoring your lived experiences, and consciously creating the life you intend.

Academy of Becoming exists to guide individuals from unconscious patterns into embodied, empowered self-leadership.

About Me

I’m Samantha, the founder of Academy of Becoming and an Integration & Systems Coach. My work supports individuals in understanding the emotional, biological, and relational patterns that shape how they experience life. Rather than forcing change through willpower alone, I guide people in bringing awareness to the systems beneath behavior—creating transformation that feels natural, sustainable, and deeply aligned.

Through nervous system awareness, phenotype-based coaching, and conscious integration, I help individuals move beyond survival mode and into intentional living. My journey into this work didn’t begin with coaching—it began with patterns.

I noticed how stress, relationships, and emotional triggers seemed to repeat no matter how much I tried to “do better” or think more positively. Like many people, I spent years in the survivor stance — pushing forward through discipline, self-help tools, and effort, yet still feeling stuck in cycles of reaction.

Everything changed when I began understanding how the nervous system, biology, and subconscious patterns were shaping my responses.

As I learned to work with my emotional systems instead of fighting them, clarity replaced overwhelm. Reactions softened into conscious choice. Growth became sustainable rather than exhausting.

This personal transformation is what led to the creation of Academy of Becoming.

The Meaning of Becoming

Our nervous systems learn what feels safe. Experiences shape how we engage with stress, relationships, and growth. Often, we adapt by creating limits — emotional boundaries, behavioral patterns, and ways of being that help us feel secure and in control.

At this stage, we live in the victim stance — life feels like it is happening to us, and our actions are driven by fear or automatic responses.

With awareness and resilience, we shift into the survivor stance — learning coping strategies, building strength, and moving forward despite fear. Survival builds power, but it often comes with ceilings. Expansion feels risky, and growth can seem limited. Safety has been found in boundaries and constraints rather than possibility.

Becoming is about moving into the creator stance—discovering that true self-preservation thrives through conscious expansion. By understanding our emotional systems, biological tendencies, and subconscious patterns, we learn to respond intentionally rather than react automatically. Growth becomes not only safe, but sustainable and expansive.

Through personalized integration and systems coaching, we explore:

• Nervous system regulation and emotional awareness

• Individual phenotypes and biological strengths

• Relational and behavioral patterns

• Conscious choice and self-mastery

Becoming is not about removing self-preservation — it is about upgrading it. When we cultivate safety from within while leaning into growth and fear, transformation becomes natural, sustainable, and limitless.

A
Note on Change

Change here is not something you do.

It’s something that happens when nothing inside you is being argued with anymore.
