Refund & Cancellation Policy

Academy of Becoming LLC

1. Commitment Structure

All services offered by Academy of Becoming LLC operate within structured containers. Certain services require a minimum 3-month commitment, monthly billing, and agreement to the full container term at enrollment. By purchasing services, you agree to complete the full commitment period.

2. No Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable. This includes monthly payments, partial months, missed sessions, early termination by the client, unused written access, and dissatisfaction with subjective results. Due to the nature of coaching and integration work, no refunds will be issued once payment has been processed.

3. Missed Sessions

For services that include live sessions, missed sessions without 24-hour notice are forfeited. Rescheduling is not guaranteed and is subject to availability. Written services operate within designated business days and are not retroactively credited.

4. Early Termination

If a client chooses to discontinue participation before completing the agreed term, remaining payments under the 3-month commitment remain due. Access to services may be discontinued at the Company’s discretion.

5. Company Right to Terminate

Academy of Becoming LLC reserves the right to terminate services if boundaries are violated, communication becomes abusive, payment is not received, or the container is no longer aligned. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.

6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting the Company to attempt resolution constitutes a breach of agreement. The Company reserves the right to pursue recovery of disputed funds and associated fees.
